Kashi

With this creation, we want to highlight the link between art that touches our soul and our deep being. The spiritual connection between music, dance and our consciousness. We are going to showcast the Banarasi tradition with artists who all belong to this tradition while having different ethnic origins. We want to bring the mystical universe of Benares in an authentic production, in an increasingly digitalized world. Bringing the audience back to basics. Dance and live music in a universal dialogue without artifice other than that of virtuosity and sharing.
 
 KASHI is a creation imagined by the dancer and choreographer Gauri Priscilla Brülhart to celebrate her 20 years of dance career. This production is intended to be a touching, powerful, delicate, spiritual and vibrant show in a time of profound change and evolution. Kathak is also borrowed from this change.
