What is holistic coaching?
Holistic coaching is a personal, private session in which we define together which aspect of your life you wish to work on. This can be physical, mental or emotional, while working on all 4 aspects of the body. We fill in a comprehensive history form about your health and habits and what you’d like to change/improve.
Holistic coaching requires total involvement on the part of the participant and consists of several sessions.
