What is Prana?
Prana means breath, respiration, life, vitality, energy, or strength. Prana represents energy in all its forms.
Pranayama is an art, and it is equipped with techniques to voluntarily and rhythmically and intensively move our respiratory organs. It is much more than simple habitual breathing, it allows us to produce subtle chemical transformations in our body. Several types of pranayama have been designed and developed to meet physical, psychological, intellectual and spiritual needs.
In order to obtain results and improvement of a certain condition, it requires a personal and circumspect effort that is part of a therapy.
