Music therapy

Explore your voice through Indian ragas, to explore your emotions, relieve stress, cleanse your energies, through the power of sound vibration.

What is music therapy?

In the West, we are still in the early stages of music therapy by adapting it in various contexts, such as schools, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, retirement homes and private music therapy practices.

While in India, it has been part of personal development as well as spirituality for millennia, taking its essence from the heart of the raag of Indian classical music.

Numerous scientific studies are being carried out in India, the United States and other countries, where there are proven benefits for mental pathologies, for example. We also know that music is therapy for the soul, and is also a wonderful means of expression.

Music concerts will be organized in the form of musical meditation, as well as workshops taking you to explore an Indian raag, learning to sing the notes and appreciate the vibrations. I also offer sound therapy workshops with Gong and Tibetan bos.
