What is meditation ?

Meditation is the art of observing.

It allows us to question our deepest self, to reconnect with what is essential and to happiness, to open a parenthesis in an ever more active and fulfilled contemporary life.

It aims to transform our mind and our consciousness.

Meditation is an integral part of yoga therapy, but I also offer it in additional workshops as well as in combination with music therapy during musical meditations.
