Yoga / yoga therapy
Yoga therapy is an age-old science that allows a holistic approach for better mental and physical health.
What is yoga / yoga therapy ?
Yoga is an ancient practice that originated in India thousands of years ago. Over time, it has evolved, and both science and Western medicine are increasingly exploring its health benefits from a holistic perspective.
All my classes and private therapy sessions are based on the fundamental principles of yoga and its therapeutic approach, touching on the physical, vital, mental, psychic and emotional spheres.
Yoga therapy is part of a holistic approach to health, promoting harmony between body and mind for a balanced and fulfilling life.
The Swiss healthcare system recognizes three major aspects of yoga therapy: hatha yoga, pranayam and meditation.

Methodology
Yoga is an incredibly versatile and effective tool. My aim was to make it accessible to everyone, without any religious or dogmatic connotations.
I’d like to make it clear that yoga in its origins is not attached to any religion, but is a non-ritualistic path to self-expansion. I wanted to help people understand their bodies in their entirety – physical, vital, mental and emotional – without limiting them to lotus sitting meditation sessions or complex postures.
In the West, yoga is often misunderstood, reduced to esoteric clichés or unattainable postures.
My aim is to help people from all walks of life through a demystified practice of yoga and the tools it employs.
In my personal practice, I then explored what could improve my well-being, reduce inflammation, promote recovery and, above all, make me feel better in body and mind. I realized that yoga had benefits far beyond the physical, affecting my whole being. Combining my dance training with yoga, over the years I’ve developed an individualized training, recovery and physical preparation methodology that I’ve named REHAB-YOGA-BILITY.
This methodology is based on a unique blend of movement visualization techniques (proprioception), yoga postures, breathing and meditation, all at the service of your well-being and pain management.
Yoga classes / yoga therapy ?
Group courses are available at all levels, from 18 years upwards. All yoga classes are composed of all the components of the practice and described in the therapy list, namely: Postures (asana), breathing (pranayam), meditation, rehab-yoga-bility, theory, phylosophy.
For personal therapy, I offer tailor-made coaching, prescribed according to your specific needs.
For sessions, I encourage you to come dressed casually, in sportswear, and on an empty stomach (or having waited at least 4 hours since your last meal).
