What is movement therapy ?
Movement therapy presents itself as a movement laboratory, allowing you to explore all facets of your body in movement and observing the emotional state linked to a certain quality of movement.
This playful approach to movement recognizes the deep connection between body and mind, using movement as a means to explore, express and heal through our own bodies.
Movement therapy requires no dance training, and is not based on choreographic work. Each session is based on precise indications of movements to be performed as you feel them. It’s a fun, physical, cardio and liberating class ! To practice without moderation.

My movement therapy courses
The session is self-paced and open to EVERYONE aged 16 and over. No prerequisites. You move according to your needs and possibilities.
